Palm hole allows feeling of water passing to encourage proper stroke motion. Hand paddles made of a high impact plastic are designed to provide resistance while exercising in the water or swimming. Replacement straps available. This auction is for 2 paddles, one right and one left.

Choosing a size? Small is popular with teens and petite ladies, medium with women and the large size with men.
