These are very used but working. Please see photos for exactly what you get you will get what is shown in the photos exactly so refer to those for condition. The rubber part that goes around the wheel looks replaceable and is a wear item you should be able to get from the manufacturer and just replace if you wanted-- or you could use some type of filler to fill in some of them. They were taken out of use simply by a company because of time used.
