1. The buyer accepts full responsibility for inspecting the equipment and ensuring that it meets their needs before purchase. Any descriptions or specifications provided in this listing are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty of any kind.
2. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: All sales are final. Due to the nature of selling used/pre-owned equipment, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the compatibility, functionality, and suitability of the equipment for their intended use. Any issues that arise after the sale are the buyer's responsibility.
3. Release of Liability: Upon purchase, the buyer agrees to release the seller and the seller's company from any liability or claims, known or unknown, arising from the purchase, possession, use, transportation, or installation of the equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages, injuries, or losses incurred due to malfunction, failure, or improper use of the equipment after the sale. The seller is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the sale of the equipment.
4. Inspection and Due Diligence: The buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to fully inspect the equipment, ask questions, and request any additional information prior to purchase. The seller strongly encourages the buyer to conduct their own due diligence before completing the transaction.
5. Shipping & Handling: Any shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. The seller is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Insurance on the shipment is the buyer’s responsibility and is strongly recommended.
6. Transfer of Ownership: Upon completion of the sale, the buyer assumes full ownership of the equipment, along with all risks and responsibilities associated with its use and maintenance.
7. Legal Compliance: The buyer agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the possession, use, and resale of the equipment. The seller is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the buyer’s failure to adhere to these laws.
