It is attached to the book with adhesive, on the flaps. The book has a stamp mark from the Remington Putnam Book Co of Baltimore, MD on the inside cover and first page. There aren’t any markings on the other pages in the book. The dust jacket has some wear and wrinkling beneath the plastic, and it appears that it has been cut down as it’s smaller than the book at the top and bottom. The book has wear to the cover along the edges.
