Deliveries: All orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays). Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, which will take 2-3 days. We also offer a next day option for an additional £1.50. Delivery dates shown are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to process refunds for ink cartridges that have been opened, used or in an unsalable condition. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will refund/replace at your convenience.
