• Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days. 
• Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item. 
• We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received. 
• Should you change your mind and wish to return your item, this can be done if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your item.
