This is a vintage Hollandia plate, "Ceramonique Maastricht - Made in Holland. It is 9 1/4 inches in diameter and the design is a Dutch windmill country scene. 

There are no chips.  There is glaze crazing present.  There is also a hairline crack about an inch long as seen on the back left side toward the edge. The 2 holes in the back were put there at creation to allow the plate to be hung on the wall.
