for sale is a very scarce vintage pair of NOS Vise Grip locking pliers exclusively made for Wagner Products Corp Miami Fl. U.S.A. They are called Insta-Tap Refrigerant recovery tool. They are number QT-100. The Pliers are model 9LN. The pliers are still sealed in the original blister pack store hanging package. The pliers have the vise grip logo and are marked Made in the USA. with the patent number on the locking lever release handle.  Now the recovery tool is not scarce and are still available today. What makes these scarce/rare is they are most likely the 1st version of the tool made in the USA, before Wagner Products Corp. decided to save money and have them manufactured overseas for a cheaper manufacturing price/bottom line.    Please see all pictures for condition.
