These are Men's size LARGE. I measured across the top waistband at 18 inches. 

These have about a 22.1/2 inch inseam to an elastic cuff.

They have a cool gray/black striped waistband with matching stripes down the side of leg.

There is a zipper fly, with 2 snaps and a drawstring as well. 

Classic colors. These might be from the late 80's or 90's?

There is a little cut on the left leg below knee and about 6.5" above cuff.
