All orders are collected and delivered by Australia Post.

* Please note: If this Hot Toy listing is pictured with a brown mailer, then that brown mailer will be bubble wrapped or covered in packing material and placed inside another shipping box, in order to preserve the original brown mailer. Essentially a box within a box for extra protection.

* To reduce the cost of postage, I can send your order within the original brown mailer and NOT double box it, but that is entirely your prerogative and not recommended for Mint in Box Collectors, as there is an increase in risk of damage during transit. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

All of the items listed within my store, are from my personal collection. I am not a business, just a fellow collector, selling my collection, in order to pay for a new home that is currently under construction.

Damaged Deliveries

As a collector, I know how disappointing it can be to receive an order that has been damaged in transit.

This generally occurs as a result of poor handling by postal service employees or inadequate packing material provided by the seller / manufacturer.

Either way, it's bitterly disappointing.

As a seller (who is first and foremost a collector) my guarantee to you (the buyer) is that your order will be packed with the utmost care, professionalism and respect it deserves, using a wide variety of packing materials (peanut foam, air pockets, bubble wrap etc) essentially whatever is deemed necessary / appropriate, to protect it during the postage / shipping process.

Unfortunately, as a result of poor handling / incompetence (by the individual(s) delivering your order) there is a chance your order could be damaged in transit. That being said, I can assure you, it will not be as a result of poor or inadequate packing / packing material, as I take great pride in this service.

In the unfortunate event that an item does in fact arrive damaged, you will need to address this with Australia Post or their international delivery partners.

I DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
