I purchased a very large lot of glass negatives (over 500) from 1880 to 1910, this was listed on the boxes. These are from Massachusetts, mostly from Rowley, I believe these belonged to one family, envelopes addressed to Chas A Houghton Rowley Mass. There are many different subjects, most are of families but there are many of children, houses, interior and outside from the area, farm animals, pets and so much more. I will be listing these over the next few weeks or months depending on how long it takes. I don't know much about photography, I just bought them because they were interesting. I don't know how they made it from Mass to south central Pa. I will combine shipping
Young Arthur Ellwell with horse in a fenced area by the barn, cows also in the area ~ 2 gentlemen off to the side ~ good condition with no cracks or cracks, there is silver loss on the edges and the white spots on the lower left corner are not in the plate, it is from my lighting, the sleeve marked reproduced, as you can see in the last pic I circled the two spots that are original to this plate ~ plate is 4.5 x 6.5
