This suit is in great shape.  I see nothing torn or stained.  There is the  tiniest snag to the bottom lower left outer seem of the pants.  It is not torn it very tiny.  This features a size 10 blazer with pant size 6 pants. This comes from a smoke free home.  There are some ruffles to the collar.  I took pictures of all the essential measurements.
