This is for a new Rocket Raccoon mini bust which was an SDCC 2014 exclusive. The factory tape around the protective styrofoam shell has not been opened, so it's still in new condition. The box may have some light shelf wear. The box flap was only opened so you could see the certificate.

This is a fairly low number of 165 out of 800. The box is numbered, the included certificate is numbered, and I think the bottom of the bust base is numbered.

Also keep in mind that eBay now charges tax in many states.
