I will confess that I am a bit unsure of the publication details of this edition as I cannot find other examples. It is good-quality paper within some pages of which bear a "made in Canada" impression though I do not know if this only refers to the paper or to the book itself. This could be a very early Canadian reprint of the Richard Phillips edition though, if so, there is no attribution or indication of such. This leads me to consider the option that this is a very early paperback version by Richard Phillips, perhaps to sell in the Canadian dominions. At the time of listing, this appears to be a one-of-a-kind item. I am selling it at a fairly steep discount due to the very significant damage to the back cover and the cover having stained other pages.
