The commemorative coin is dedicated to the philosophy of a society without restrictions, where every person, regardless of age, gender, physical characteristics, ethnicity or social status, has equal opportunities for development and self-realization. Ukraine is a country of heroes, veterans and civilians. Creating a barrier-free environment is a strategic investment in the future of the nation. This is the path to a stable and successful state, where everyone can live a full life, respecting diversity, justice and inclusion.

On the obverse of the coin, in the center, there is a stylized image of a bird with an artificial mechanical wing (prosthesis), which symbolizes freedom, indomitability of spirit and the ability to overcome space without obstacles. At the top of the coin is the denomination 5 HRYVEN, and below the composition at the bottom is the logo of the Banknote and Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine and the inscription UKRAINE (in a semicircle). To the right of the bird is the small State Emblem of Ukraine.

The reverse of the coin features a stylized image of people from different social groups united in a circle: parents, children, elderly people, people using wheelchairs, people with prosthetics, pet owners. This composition symbolizes diversity and accessibility, emphasizing the unity and inclusiveness of society.
