RCA - 8-bit Microprocessor/Microcontroller - CDP1802ACE
These are genuine RCA cpu, so they are 50+ years-old. I obtained them because a vendor tried to rip me off. I ordered modern manufactured Harris CDP 1802 ACE and part of my order contained these ancient chips.I get the last laugh, though. These are the last I will ever have.

CDP1802ACE is an 8-bit microprocessor, and it was one of the first, if
not the first of the CMOS processors. The 1802 had low power
consumption, wide range of operating voltages, one version (ceramic) had
radiation hardening and military operating temperature range. The
processor has a very interesting architecture because one of the 16
registers of the 1802 microprocessor could be set as a data pointer or
program counter. It was possible to jump to any memory location by
placing a new address into any free register, and set this register as a
program counter.
These are all new. They ARE INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED in an ANTI-STATIC tube. Recently I had trouble with someone who claimed these were used because the legs had markings on them. I promise you the only use of these chips will be in the CPU TESTER (see second image above.) I know the source of every CPU I sell and I stand behind what I sell. If you are not satisfied, please start a return and you will be fully refunded when I get the parts back. This depends on whether the CPU that you return still work, of course. I am highly confident there will NOT BE ANY DOA CHIPS (because I tested each CPU.) Let me say Thank you so much for your business! Leonard
