This vintage Seiko Tank watch from 1993 features a gold-tone stainless steel case with a smooth fixed bezel and a sunburst gold dial adorned with baton indexes. Watch underside of the band has corroded over time, but this does not show at all on the outer surface or sides of the band. I believe it may be the band model and manufacturer for this watch model because I've seen the same corrosion on this same band on other watches like this one, but not on other models and watches. Could easily be cleaned - it appears to be a brass alloy under the gold tone - redipped, or you could simply replace it with band made of a non-corrosive base metal such as stainless steel.
Otherwise, the crystal on this watch it has some scratching.
This watch also needs a new battery and cleaning / maintenance service.
