Home and Foreign Trade Co. Ltd. “Youroveta”

Formed in 1910 with head office in St. Petersburg. The name of the company was slightly amended by statute in 1915 (formerly South-Russian Company for Home and Export Trade in anthracite). Initial capital was 200,000 roubles in shares of 250 roubles. By 1917, capital had increased to 5,000,000 roubles from the issue of 48,000 shares of 100 roubles.
