these were bought in a business liquidation. i called them used because doesnt appear to be "factory" package, 1 has the blue tape marked "Scale" , 1 has loose wire connector and 1 looks rubbed.
so not sure if "new" or used but not really sure you would seal them in a plastic bag either.
