Enhance your sequential gear shifting experience with this spring/damper kit for your Fanatec Clubsport Shifter SQ v1.5 - for awesome sequential shifting.

2x spring/damper supplied each one with a mounting kit.

Dampers are adjustable for end stop and damping setting to give the desired feeling you require.

Fanatec shifter requires 2x 15mm holes and 4x 3mm holes to allow the kit to mount, instructions sent with the kit, but you must be experienced in drilling holes accurately.

Pictures shows where it is fitted, when using H gate shifting you can simply unscrew these spring/dampers out, which just takes seconds to do. To fit these spring/dampers the shifter case needs to be stripped down (remove top and bottom section), fitting this kit takes 1 hour but most important is the holes need to be drilled in the right place.

The Damper resists the springs from compressing at speed so shifting feels more real and is fully adjust to almost original to upto 20kg of force, we prefer around the 6kg mark (damper setting between 1 and 2 position).

This kit works with the original H-Gate spring but preferred option is to run with the upgraded H-Gate spring (see my other listings for this spring).

Please note this is for sequential shifting, for H-gate shifting nothing has changed, we do sell H-gate spring kits which further enhance sequential shifting so we recommend to buy both.

You need, 15mm drill bit, 3mm drill bit and 2x 17mm spanner’s to fit this kit.

I have been getting great feedback on the shifter it is a no brainer upgrade you must do! I have been running this upgrade myself for 2 years plus and see no additional wear or tear.

An awesome upgrade and feels more real, the spring dampers are variable adjustment in damping from 0 to 10 and also variable adjustable in shifter travel.
