tigers that were a direct threat to local residents. The author compiled the book through personal

contacts and the journals of Davis. A fascinating read about man-eaters in India, as well as various hunting tales from across Asia and Africa. Photographic illustrations throughout. Blue cloth boards. Cover with fading at spine and edges, bumped, slightly rubbed, and worn. Foxing to EPs and adjacent pages, becoming intermittent to absent toward center of book.
