The shaver is in good working condition. The ends on the top filament are torn and the cord is a little twisted but it turns on (I didn't actually shave with it). It also has some scratching and wear from age and use. The shaver is 4" long, 2 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" thick. Please review pics closely, sold AS IS. See Pics.
