This is a vintage 1980s Leslie Faye Sportswear pleated red tartan plaid skirt in a misses' size 12 (vintage sizing is smaller).  It has a high waist with side zip and button plus back waistband elastic.  The skirt itself is about 30" in length, so it probably will hit just below the knee or longer.  The fabric is woven in 50% polyester/50% rayon, dry clean only.  It is in excellent used condition with good waistband elastic with stretch. 

The waistband, unstretched, measures about 28".  The hip area, pleats folded into place, measures about 40".  Length from just underneath the waistband is about 30".  Smoke-free and clean!  This would look so cute for Christmas time wear!
