  3. GC - Good Condition
  4. AC - Acceptable Condition
  5. NI - No Instruction Manual/Book Included
  6. NC - No Case Included
  7. DO - Disc Only No Case or Manual Included
  8. NEW - New and Factory Sealed

UMDs in Good Condition may have minor Surface Scratches on the outer disc Case, but all still play perfectly.
