Each test kit contains foil-packed strips, detailed instructions and a colour chart.

Measures dissolved copper in the ranges of 0 to 5 ppm (mg/l), which permits the measurement of typical copper levels found in well, tap and stream water. The UK maximum contaminant level for copper in tap water set by DWI/DEFRA is 2.0 mg/l (= 2ppm).

How to Use:

1. Dip one test strip into a 20ml room temperature sample for 30 seconds.
2. Remove test strip.
3. Wait 2 minutes, then match to closest colour on colour chart.

General description: For semi-quantitative determinations. Detection method: colorimetric. Fast, simply dip and read indicator paper. Consists of a plastic strip with attached sealed test paper. Compare colour change of test paper with fields of equal size on colour chart provided.

Avoid contact of test areas on strips with skin & eyes, do not ingest or expose to acids. Do not touch test areas.
