These water quality test strips are ideal to test well water, rain run-off water, tap water, treated water or stream water.
Each test kit contains foil-packed strips, detailed instructions and a colour chart.
Measures dissolved copper in the ranges of 0 to 5 ppm (mg/l), which permits the measurement of typical copper levels found in well, tap and stream water. The UK maximum contaminant level for copper in tap water set by DWI/DEFRA is 2.0 mg/l (= 2ppm).

How to Use:
General description: For semi-quantitative determinations. Detection method: colorimetric. Fast, simply dip and read indicator paper. Consists of a plastic strip with attached sealed test paper. Compare colour change of test paper with fields of equal size on colour chart provided.
Please note: Store in a cool, dry place (between 20- 30°C) and away from excess heat and direct sunlight. MSDS not required. Keep away from children and pets. Avoid contact of test areas on strips with skin & eyes, do not ingest or expose to acids. Do not touch test areas. This is a screening test and can not be used to certify water as safe or unsafe for drinking. This test kit provides approximate results ONLY when used in strict accordance with instructions.
