In 1982 & 1983 The U.S. mint did not issue regular mint sets and are not included.  

All in original U.S. Mint packaging with COA's.  Note: COA's were not issued in sets prior to 1984. 

1967, 1966 & 1965 The U.S. Mint did not issue mint or proof sets in these 3 years due a circulating coin shortage. "Special Mint Sets" were issued instead, minted in Philadelphia.  The Kennedy half dollars are 40% silver in these sets.

Some of the coins in mid to late 1970's will exhibit some light to moderate toning especially the Philadelphia mint issues.   

Packaging ranges from good to like new.  Many of the envelopes from 1964 through 2006 will show varying amounts of light to moderate wear, some have tears at the corners and edges from age, 

they are not beat up or well used, none of the sets have writing or stickers on them

Lincoln Cents

2009 - To commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Lincoln Cent the mint issued 4 different designs. The Lincoln cents are made of 95% copper, same composition as the 1909 cents.  These 95% copper cents in satin finish were only available in the 2009 mint set. 

1974 - 1968 Sets include the San Francisco Mint Cents 

1967, 1966 & 1965 Philadelphia Mint Cents

Expect some of the Lincoln cents to have some carbon or rinse spots on them, especially in the earlier years.
