Connects to back of Radio - 200cm (78") long black cable with 3M branded double sided sticky pad.

Great if you travel and want to make use of location based scanning* or to log close call hits with location data.

* please note location based scanning needs setting up manually here in the UK/EU. 

Canada and USA is much easier. 

If you don't travel with your scanner this GPS module offers little benefit.

If you think plugging this in will make the scanner pick up more signals it will not. It can be used as a way of turning on/off groups/systems scans automatically when you enter designated areas. In the UK/EU this will need to be setup in the scanner manually.
