Please note- it seems like 4 rhinestones are missing from the silver cases, but there is a small bag of replacement pieces attached. There don't seem to be one to one replacements- you would have to remove the empty cases and substitute with alternate pieces. There is one rhinestone which is intact bu the thread is loose.
