Very hard to find original OEM GM part.  For sale is an original GM headrest under plate for blue headrests in 1969-1972 GM bucket seat cars.  The parts book for 9719360 comes back for a 1970 Chevelle, but this piece will work on 1969-1972 A body models, and may also work on other vehicles, but please confirm the part number if purchasing for a vehicle other than an A body.  Nice original piece, no cracks, but does have some slight wear on the edge of one side, as shown in the photos.  Should be hidden once fitting to your headrest.  Perfect for someone replacing a damaged part or restoring their headrests and wanting original GM parts.  Pictures show the actual item you will receive.
