This is a metal Santa Claus Bank from The Staten Island Savings Bank.  The back of the bank reads "Staten Island Savings Bank, Main Office, 81 Water Street, Stapleton, 15 Hyatt Street, St. George, 257 New Dorp Lane, New Dorp".  The bank stands 5 3/4" tall and is approximately 5" wide.  The bank dates from the 1950's.
