Buying from Junket

Junket keeps useful things in use—including the materials that bring your purchase to you. Here's what to expect:

Please review before buying. Read the description and look through all photos for condition, dimensions, and included components. Questions are welcome.

Reused packaging is standard. We ship using 100% secondhand packaging materials. Your order may arrive in a reused food, retail, or shipping box with previous branding, writing, or cosmetic wear. We choose packaging for its suitability to protect the item. The branding on the shipping box does not describe its contents.

Ground shipping; up to five business days to dispatch. Our handling window supports consolidated shipping trips by bicycle, on foot, public transit, or electric transportation. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time; please review the delivery estimate shown in this listing.

Working toward a deadline? Message us before purchasing so we can confirm whether earlier dispatch is possible. If you have already ordered, you're welcome to ask—we'll help where we can, but cannot promise an earlier arrival.

If something goes wrong, please tell us. If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or differs materially from the description, contact us through eBay so we can resolve the issue. Photos of the item and packaging are helpful; please retain both while we work out the next steps.

Returns follow this listing's return policy and eBay's buyer protections. Start any return through eBay and follow the provided instructions. Please pack returned items securely and include all components in the condition received.

Thoughtful service, respectful communication. We welcome questions, constructive feedback, and opportunities to correct mistakes. We expect respectful communication in return.

Thank you for supporting reuse.
