Record has a lot of wear (pictured).  The sleeve is very rough.  The left seam has completely split and was taped with masking tape years ago.  There is significant wear along the bottom seam.  The sleeve isn't cardboard.  It's a heavyweight glossy paper.  See pictures for more information.
