This is a small plush Santa from my personal collection.  It was made by Jerry Eisner and is part of the Jerry Pets series.  Santa is sitting and is about 6 1/2 inches tall.  He has pellets inside making him like a bean bag.  The partial tag says "Fun to Throw".  It is sold used as is.
