Freight: All large items such as but not limited to: engines, engine cradles, transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, drivetrain parts and all body panels, bumpers, hoods, trunks, dashboards, seats, sun roofs, fenders, crossmembers, subframes, large suspension parts etc. will be shipped by FREIGHT CARRIER. Freight carriers require a business address, name and phone number. Also, it must have a forklift or loading dock to avoid lift gate and/or residential charges. Commercial address must have unrestricted 53 ft truck access (NO STREET OR ENTRY GATES).

We can also send it to a freight terminal near you. For the items shipped through freight carriers, please allow 5-7 business days handling time. Please check for in transit damage before you sign any paperwork, if damaged take a picture of the item and contact us. When the Proof of Delivery (POD) is not noted with any exceptions at the time of delivery, it legally removes the liability from the carrier, as they are unable to determine whether any damage occurred while in transit, or after delivery. Home delivery is available for an addition fee, please send us a message prior to purchase

Local pick up: We are located in Carrollton Texas. Local pick up available seven days a week with appointment, please call or send us a message through eBay to schedule an appointment for your pick up. 

Warranty - Returns - Compatibility: Standard 30 day warranty and returns on all parts. Please verify fitment independently prior to purchase as the information in the compatibility is filled by third-party compatibility software. If you have questions or concerns about fitment, please contact us prior to purchase. Please keep in mind if the part didn't work in your vehicle, it doesn't mean it's defective. Most Tesla parts must be reprogrammed in order to work in your vehicle. Also part numbers must match in order to fit your vehicle.

Returns: Returns will not be accepted if warranty tamper seals are removed or show any signs of tampering/damage, all parts will have paint on bolts or screws, any evidence of damage to paint markings, will render the return ineligible for acceptance. These measures are in place to safeguard against unauthorized alterations or misuse of our products, ensuring that items returned maintain their original condition and integrity as specified under our warranty terms.
