Up for sale is a gorgeous antique 19th century watercolored lithograph depicting a group of children being spoon fed by an attractive young woman. This Victorian Era artwork is of superior quality for the period and charmingly hand colored with watercolor. The detail is fine and interestingly while printed on paper, it has been mounted to canvas as seen verso. I particularly like the cat in the foreground that is enviously watching the children being fed with most likely warm milk from the boiling pot. The wonderfully decorative gold wood frame measures 21.5 x 27.5 inches while the canvas measures 13.75 x 21.5 inches making this work ready to be hung and enjoyed! The condition of this lithograph is excellent outside of some slight loss low left corner. Its decorated gold wood frame shows minimal blemishes. The images provided accurately represent the quality, condition and aesthetic beauty of this charming antique lithograph but if you have any questions please feel free to ask prior to purchasing!
