This is a Portland Oregon Traction Co. pass for May 14-20,1939.  On one side is a pass to McLoughlin House, a museum in Oregon City.  On the other is advertising for "Passholders Special" Hose for 69 cents at Eastern Outfitting Co.  I am amazed that the public transportation provided incentives to passholders in 1939.  I wish that they did that now!  The pass is on light cardboard and is about 3 & 1/2" by 2 & 1/4" and slight rumpled but complete and legible.
