I strive for five stars in every detailed seller ratings category.  I try my best to describe my items as accurate as possible and ship items as soon as possible so that my customers will have a pleasant buying experience. 
I try to take measurements as best as possible and get the closest measurement I can.  Measurements are approximate.
Please examine all pictures and details within the post prior to bidding.  Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.  The winning bidder is responsible for knowing her/his own size. Unless I knowingly misrepresented or put a misleading picture of the item, there are no refunds or exchanges.  I thoroughly inspect the item as well. 
Please note that due to the photographing of the items the hue of the color in the photograph may not be exact.  We try our best to take pictures in various light settings if possible. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
If a problem arises, please let me know within 3 days of receiving the item, so we can work towards a resolution.  
Payment must be made via PayPal within 2 days of the purchase.  A CASE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE OPENED BY EBAY IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS.
