Super cute pullover trapeze swing dress by Jessica Howard, Womens 6 Petite. Bought in 2009, love it, tried on but sadly never had the occasion to wear it! White with an allover black "feather" pattern and a wide bright pink band around the bottom. Higher neck, cut in thin straps, fitted on top with all around pleats at the waistline to make it "swingy", 2 side seam pockets, lined. Very comfortable and forgiving! Dry clean, made in China. Originally $100.
