The condition level input is an estimate based on eBay's guidelines and is NOT intended to be an evaluation of the grade the card might receive at a service like PSA, Beckett, etc. Returns/Refunds based on condition level will not be accepted. 

USPS Ground Advantage is the only shipping method we make available as a manually selectable option on eBay. If you would like a cheaper shipping option like eBay Standard Envelope, please send a direct message. Buyer will assume all responsibility for cards sent by methods other than USPS Ground Advantage. Refunds will not be accepted for cards sent by other methods.
