Authentic Vintage Sewing Pattern

Vogue Basic Proportioned Shirt Dress 3018; ca. 1962; All around pleated skirt or straight skirt joins shirtwaist top. Buttoned front below wide away-from-neckline notched collar. Inverted back pleat. Long sleeves joined to band cuffs, rolled-up sleeves and sleeveless. Includes separate pattern pieces for Short, Average, And Tall heights.

Fabric suggestions:  Version A1 and B1: Light Weight Woolen - Surah Wool Crepe - Sheer Woolen - Sheer Knitted Fabrics - Lawn Batiste - Sheer Linen - Voile - Challis - Crepe - Shantung.

Version C1 also in: Brocade - Barathea - Lame Faille - Worsted.

Reminder: Thread, ribbon, seam biding, buttonhole twist, buttons, buckle.
