  Reproduction of the original upper center console trim panel for use with 1978-1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass 4/speed models. Each console panel is injection-molded using quality ABS material, offering an authentic appearance and fit. Consoles include an inner compartment (pocket) like the original. Features correct grain and mounting locations for installation. Upper console is for use with a 4-speed overdrive automatic transmission and floor shifter. Comes in black. Paint to match. The console can also be used on a 3-speed car, but the indicator light openings will not line up with the top plate's shift indicator. Also, when using the Lightning Rod shifter found in the 1983-84 Hurst Oldsmobile models, the top plate area will need to be trimmed out. This is the same way Cars and Concepts did it when they originally modified the cars for Oldsmobile. Replaces original GM part number # 22502024 and #558337
