Vintage 1990 Totsy Celebration Sandi Fashion Doll New Old Stock
Recent estate sale find.
Still in the original packaging. It looks like she was made for the old Zellers in Canada.
She is 11 1/2" tall.
Brand new. The plastic does have some slight marks on it.
