This stamp in encased in a brass frame that is 2 3/8 inch wide by 2 3/4 high.  The date on the stamp itself is 1963. The flower shown is a Hyacinth.  It was produced in 1989 by Hanford Heirlooms, Inc. It is number 76 of 5,000.
