These are coiled spring pins that attach the Powrbar to the Hex Shaft.

The powrbar attaches to the hex shaft at one end and to the actuator bar at the other end allowing both sides of the mover to be engaged to the tyres from either side. (This listing is for the pin only and does not include the powrbar)
