This listing includes a HP ProDesk 400 G3 DM that was tested to boot up and has no OS/HDD. No power cable is included.
The desktop's HDMI output port does not work, only its DisplayPort does, and it also has some damage on its front.

The unit you receive may not be the exact same as the
one that is pictured, some units may have some more/less cosmetic wear, however, all maintain the same functionality. Some units may also be missing multiple screws for their bottom covers.
