Fair used condition. It has been machine washed. The blue dye only bled on the inside lining. The lining has holes, pills and weak areas, none of which can be seen while wearing. The top tassels will need to have some fuzz removed. Some of the elastic closures for the buttons will need to be replace or removed altogether. Lastly, the white is no longer crisp. This is definitely a project piece worthy of being restored.
