 **Most are New with tags. The shirts are new and never worn however, the sleeve rank may have removed. The sleeves may still have tailors chalk and stich marks where the rank was sewn. Sewing new rank on the sleeves or using a steam iron will easily remove the chalk and the impression made by the private rank that was removed.**
