Returns Policy
Is your item not quite right? You can return your order for exchange or refund (of the purchase price only) within 14 days of receiving it. We regret that underwear (briefs, thongs etc.) and other intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please Note: items must be returned in their original condition i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels and tags still attached and packaging intact.
If you require an exchange there will be no additional postage charge.
Refunds will be given in the same way as the original payment (i.e. card payments will be refunded to the card used in the original transaction).
Before returning any item, please email first and obtain proof of postage, so that you can claim if the item is unfortunately lost in the post.
Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except where a faulty or incorrect item has been supplied.
