Each order is for 100 balloons with a garland kit set.
Each garland kit set is for 1 balloon tie, 100 balloon glue dots, 5m clear plastic chain and assembly instructions.
 5 gold and 5 clear with gold confetti in 12" wide balloon packs.
30 white and 30 Green in 10" wide balloon packs.
 10 white, 10 gold and 10 green in 5" balloon packs.
Material: Latex.
Balloons can be filled with air or helium.

How to Make Balloon Garlands
Inflate all balloons with air or helium. You can use the balloon tying tool to tie a knot.
Insert balloon lips into the plastic decorating chain holes and secure them by pulling the balloon knots gently through the holes.
When attaching balloons to the decorating chain, you may want to alternate colors and sizes or skip holes if needed.
Gaps between balloons can be easily filled using balloon glue dots.
Tie a long piece of ribbon to an empty hole at each end of the decorating chain and hang your garland against a wall or from the ceiling.


Other decorations are not included; all additional items are sold separately.

We make every attempt to give you a good representation of the available colors for each product sold, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact match to your previous orders as dye lots will vary.

Dye lot variance of 1 to 2 shades is considered normal.
To minimize color variances, we recommend that all items used for one party be ordered at the same time.
Shipping
All of our inventory is in the U.S. and ships fast. If ordered by 5 pm PST Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship your order the same day.

We ship to USA continental 48 states and Canada. Please allow enough time for delivery by ordering early.

Orders will be shipped to STREET ADDRESS only.

SHIPPING to CANADA: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. The brokerage fees are a processing fee charged by the shipping company. This fee includes filling in a customs form to indicate the contents and value of the shipment and calculating duty and taxes. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 60 days in the original packaging and original new condition.
Used/unsealed items will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
