How often do you see these with the original box??

Here is a Tandy Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 4P dual floppy drive portable computer, model 26-1080A, serial number 016053.

This computer is a ruggedized, portable version of the fully-loaded TRS-80 Model 4, featuring dual 5 1/4” floppy drives and was designed to run Radio Shack’s TRSDOS (Tandy Radio Shack Disk Operating System) or a variety of similar disk operating systems (not IBM PC compatible) including CP/M (Control Program for Microcomputers).

This listing is just for the computer you see and the box. We do not have anything else other than what you see.

CONDITION: The previous owner told us this Model 4P is fully functional. However, I have no way of verifying this, so assume that it s non-operational. Selling as is.  Screen looks good.
The case shows age related yellowing/discoloration as many do, but it is still in great shape. The removable part of the case aged/yellowed at less of a rate than the rest of the case. With original box which shows lots of shelfwear.

BOX shows lots of wear as pictured including scratches, writing, rubs, small punctures, etc.

SHIPPING
We reserve the right to ship the box and computer separately for you depending on safety and cost. The size of the box (which is much more than the unit) makes this a rather large oversized package.

We are very accustomed to packing collectible items for shipping. ALL COMPUTERS WILL SHIP WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND INSURANCE. We are also open to meeting you within a reasonable distance from our headquarters in Northeast Texas.

Payment

Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. We appreciate payment within three days of auction's close. If you are bidding on other items, or would like to to shop our Ebay store, please feel free. We accept Paypal. We also accept credit cards. 

Shipping

We are happy to combine shipping when possible. Some items cannot be combined due to size or weight. We will let you know if this is the case after your request.
To request combined shipping: 1) Add each of your items using Ebay's blue "Add to Cart" button; 2) Click on the shipping cart icon at the top right corner of the ebay screen; 3) Click REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER. This should be above the price column of the first listing in your cart. 4) WAIT TO PAY until we send you a revised invoice to pay. Please do not pay until you receive a revised invoice. 
We are also happy to ship internationally.
At our discretion, we may add, at our expense, signature confirmation and/or insurance to more expensive orders. NOTE: These features require someone be present at time of delivery, so if you do not want this feature and accept responsibility for the shipment, please let us know ahead of time via Ebay messages. Terms of Sale

We appreciate every single sale and every single customer. Our goal is to have happy train folks worldwide.

We do accept returns within 30 days. Unless there was an error on our end, return shipping is paid by the buyer and the price of the item is refunded upon receipt of iback at Lone Star Trains. If we made a mistake, we pay the return shipping. Items must be in the same condition as when we shipped. We cannot accept returns on orders that were shipped new and then opened. If there is a problem, such as an error in description or condition, we accept returns within 30 days.
